We had an amazing stay at this place! The staff were always ready to assist us and made us feel welcome. The location up on the hill provided stunning views of the surrounding scenery. Our room was spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the lake. The amenities, including the sauna and jacuzzi, were fantastic. We loved the infinity pool, even though it opened after our stay. Nestled atop a lush, verdant hillside, this hotel offers breathtaking views of a serene lake and vibrant fall foliage. The spacious rooms are cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and balconies overlooking the gorgeous scenery. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, accommodating special requests and offering helpful recommendations. The made-to-order breakfast is scrumptious, and the sauna and jacuzzi are luxurious amenities that add to the overall indulgence.

The size of the room was great and the view from the balcony was stunning. The natural reserve where the hotel is located is a beautiful place to escape to, and the swimming pool was a nice touch. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the lack of cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned, with bird droppings on the balcony and dead flies on the curtains.

A fantastic New Year experience in a hotel with breathtaking surroundings. The lake view from the room and the swimming pool area is stunning, and the full breakfast provided is delicious. The hotel also offers an electric car charger, which was a massive plus for our eco-friendly travel.
there were some issues with the bathroom design, as water spilled outside the shower cabin.
